Jr. Admin Executive

Job Description We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to join our team at Siddhi Filter Media . The ideal candidate will support daily administrative and coordination activities, ensuring efficient office operations and smooth communication between departments. This position is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who wish to grow their career in administration and office management. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send sales quotations and client communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate packing, forwarding, and dispatch of materials while maintaining proper documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports as required by management.
• Manage the office display/exhibition area , ensuring all company products and materials are properly arranged for client visits and internal reviews.
• Act as a liaison between the sales and production teams , following up on submitted quotations, order status, and client feedback.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of communications, quotations, and client interactions.
• Support management in general administrative duties , including filing, reporting, office coordination, and vendor communication.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc , or equivalent field.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and professional email communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive in handling responsibilities.
• Freshers are welcome ; prior experience in administration or coordination will be an advantage.
• (Male candidates preferred due to coordination with dispatch and warehouse teams.)
