Key Responsibilities: You will independently manage the technical aspects of the assembly department. This includes developing and documenting assembly standard operating procedures (SOPs), designing and commissioning all necessary assembly jigs, fixtures, and semi-automated equipment, performing cycle time analysis to optimize line balance, and implementing strategies to eliminate assembly defects. You will be the sole owner of the assembly line's efficiency, yield rate, and direct labor cost, directly influencing our production scalability and profitability.
