Job Title & Focus Areas This is essentially three different functions rolled into one job: Accounts: Core financial transactions and compliance. Admin: General office management and logistics. Manpower Handling (HR): Managing employee records, attendance, and basic recruitment/payroll inputs. Key Responsibilities (2-3 Years Experience) 1. Accounts & Finance Bookkeeping: Managing daily entries (sales, purchase, expenses) and maintaining the General Ledger on software like Tally ERP/Prime. AP/AR: Handling Accounts Payable (vendor payments, invoice processing) and Accounts Receivable (raising invoices, tracking customer payments). Reconciliation: Performing daily or weekly bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations. Taxation: Assisting with documentation for GST, TDS, and other statutory payments. Petty Cash: Managing and auditing the office's petty cash fund. Manpower Handling (Basic HR & Personnel) Attendance & Leave: Monitoring and accurately recording daily employee attendance and leave records (a crucial input for payroll). Compliance Data: Maintaining all employee records (joining, termination, ID proofs) required for statutory compliance (PF/ESI). Payroll Input: Preparing and submitting the monthly data (attendance, overtime, deductions) to the payroll vendor or internal payroll team.
