Our goal is to use technical consultative selling to establish long-term, high-margin partnerships. What you will do: locating and investigating new potential customers (OEMs/Tier 1 Suppliers) in key sectors where our moulding skills provide a clear edge. establishing communication, screening prospects, and holding preliminary technical conversations to comprehend customer product specifications, tooling requirements, and volume projections. Collaborating closely with the Engineering and Tooling departments to understand technical feasibility and prepare compelling, technically sound introductory proposals and capabilities presentations. Assisting the BD Manager in managing key accounts, supporting contract negotiations, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using the CRM system.
