As an Area Manager - Insurance Aggregation, the key responsibilities include:1. Sales Target Achievement:- Drive insurance sales and business growth - Achieve and exceed defined targets for policy sales and revenue generation.- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agent network.2. Agent & Sub-Agent Management:- Recruit, train, and manage insurance sub-agents. Operational & Compliance Management:- Ensure that all insurance sales and transactions comply with IRDAI regulations and company policies.- Oversee the accurate and timely booking of business under the assigned ASM - Posp Code.- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks.4. Customer Engagement & Service Quality:- Ensure high levels of sub agent satisfaction by resolving inquiries and grievances promptly.- Customer and sub-agent complaints are efficiently maintaining service quality.- Promote ethical sales practices and build strong customer/Sub agents relationships. 5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Execution:- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.- Implement company sales and marketing initiatives effectively within the designated area.- Provide feedback to business center and senior management for continuous improvement.6.
