As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through outbound communication channels.The role involves:- Making calls to prospective customers.- Explaining technical products and services.- Persuading them to schedule a demo with the Sales team.This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation.Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.- Engage decision-makers confidently and clearly to introduce our products and services.- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the Sales team.- Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions in CRM tools.- Participate in daily/weekly sales training and performance review sessions.- Continuously improve communication, persuasion, and product knowledge.Required Skills & Attributes- Excellent spoken English: Clear pronunciation, fluency, and confident conversation skills.- Camera & call friendly: Comfortable interacting over video calls and live discussions.- Adaptability: Willingness to work during evening/night IST.- Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills.- Quick learner with enthusiasm to grow in a global B2B sales environment.- Goal-oriented and proactive attitude.Eligibility Criteria- Fresh MBA graduates - Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales internships is a plus, but not mandatory.
