Skills & Competencies- Excellent communication (Marathi, English & Hindi) and negotiation skills.- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.- Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM systems.- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.- High accountability, discipline in follow-ups, and structured work habits.3. Behavioral Attributes- Ethical, transparent, and aligned with Helios Advisory s values.- High ownership mindset with ability to work under pressure.- Positive attitude, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills.
