About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr.Regional Manager to lead our tele sales operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large sales teams, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive performance using data insights and sales metrics.Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead and manage telesales teams across multiple locations- Drive sales targets and ensure high team productivity and performance- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and take data-driven decisions- Design and implement sales processes, scripts, and campaigns for various products/services- Collaborate with training and quality teams to ensure consistent performance and development- Motivate and mentor team leaders and associates to achieve KPIs- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management- Use CRM tools and dashboards to track progress and identify improvement areas- Drive hiring, training, and onboarding of telesales associates as neededQualifications:- 5 years of experience in tele sales or inside sales, with 3 years in a managerial role- Proven experience managing large teams across multiple locations- Strong analytical skills; ability to make data-backed decisions- Hands-on experience with sales CRMs and performance dashboards- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills- Strong problem-solving ability and a result-oriented mindset- Bachelor s degree required; MBA is a plus.- Experience in FinTech, Insurance, or BPO sectors.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
