Sales LeadLocation - Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaExperience - 15 - 25 YearsSalary - Up to - 40 LPA Must-Have Criteria:- Graduation is mandatory.- Experience in Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, and B2B Sales.- Proven experience in leading a sales team of 6-10 members.- Industry: SaaS | B2B | Enterprise Solutions | Supply Chain TechAbout the Role:We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Leader to drive Fynd s growth in the SaaS space, focusing on large-scale enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B sales, an outstanding track record in team leadership, and strong domain knowledge in supply chain technologies (WMS, TMS, logistics).Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:- Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.- Identify high-potential sectors and craft tailored approaches for market penetration.- Ensure sustained revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Team Leadership & Development:- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team (6-10 members).- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics; implement training and growth initiatives.- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.Revenue & Business Expansion:- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for B2B SaaS products, with a focus on large deal closures.- Identify strategic opportunities to expand Fynd s footprint across India.- Oversee pipeline development, client acquisition, and partnership growth.Industry Expertise & Client Engagement:- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and key decision-makers in supply chain & logistics.- Deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs and industry standards.- Represent Fynd at industry events and forums, elevating brand presence.Market Intelligence & Innovation:- Stay ahead of market shifts, tech advancements, and competitive strategies.- Partner with product teams to shape offerings based on client insights and market feedback.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Mandatory).- MBA or advanced degree preferred.- 15 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, with at least 3 years in SaaS sales leadership.- Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.- Strong domain expertise in supply chain tech (WMS, TMS, logistics).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.What We Offer:- Opportunity to be part of a high-growth SaaS scale-up.- Autonomy to build and shape the enterprise sales function.- Competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives.- A collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven work environment.
