We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead the Partner Acquisition vertical. The role demands experience in channel sales, franchise development, and team management. The manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and achieving acquisition goals by building a robust network of Area Partners / Franchisees / Business Associates for HiLift Express. We need from the Courier Industry background only.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a partner acquisition strategy aligned with company expansion plans- Identify, approach, and onboard qualified franchise partners, regional associates, and delivery network collaborators- Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Field Officers to drive region-wise closures- Drive field visits, B2B B2C sales meetings, and partner presentations in assigned territories- Set monthly acquisition targets and ensure team performance through reviews and pipeline monitoring- Oversee due diligence, partner documentation, and onboarding compliance- Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth partner transitions post-sign-up- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to fine-tune acquisition approaches- Represent HiLift at logistics events, expos, and regional conferences to expand brand presence (ref:updazz.com)
