What you will do: carrying out the complete machine setup, which includes loading cutting tools, setting up work-holding fixtures, modifying tool offsets, and carrying out dry runs prior to production. loading and modifying CNC programs, adjusting feeds and speeds as needed to maximise machining efficiency and tool life. loading and unloading components and raw materials while making sure everything is precisely aligned and clamped to avoid damage or slippage. keeping a close eye on the machining process to see any faults, coolant problems, tool wear, or software errors, and taking prompt action as needed. utilising precision measuring tools to carry out thorough quality control inspections on completed components to guarantee tight adherence to GD&T and dimensional tolerances.
