Your day-to-day will involve:- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively scouting for new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media (LinkedIn).- Market Intelligence: Conducting in-depth research on real estate trends, upcoming projects, pricing models, and competitor activities in targeted micro-markets.- The Consultative Pitch: Understanding client requirements comprehensively and curating property options that align with their investment or usage goals.- Client Interaction: Shadowing senior consultants on site visits, client meetings, and property viewings. Eventually, you will lead initial walkthroughs yourself.- Pipeline Management: Diligently maintaining and updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with all client interactions and lead statuses.- Sales Support: Assisting in the preparation of sales decks, proposals, and preliminary documentation for deal closures.
