Deputy Manager/Manager - Sales- BFSI (7-18 Yrs) Mumbai/Pune/Gujarat (BFSI Sales)

Job Role: This role is responsible for managing relationships with automobile dealers, helping them get financing, and ensuring all credit and operational activities run smoothly at the regional level. You will mostly work in the field and represent the finance company to dealers and OEM channel partners.Key Responsibilities:1. Dealer Relationship Management :- Visit automobile dealerships regularly.- Build strong relationships with dealers and OEM sales teams.- Understand their stock levels and financing needs.- Explain loan schemes, terms, and digital tools to dealers. 2. Business Development & Loan Disbursements :- Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targets for dealer financing.- Get new dealers onboarded and help them complete KYC and documentation.- Encourage dealers to fully use their approved credit limits.- Support OEM-led programs and dealer incentive schemes.3. Credit Coordination :- Work closely with the credit team to get dealer limits approved or renewed.- Track credit file status and ensure limits are activated on time.- Share field insights with the credit and policy teams to improve processes.4. Process & System Usage :- Ensure dealers use digital tools like loan origination systems and dealer portals.- Maintain compliance with RBI rules and company policies.- Resolve ground-level operations, documentation, or disbursement issues.Skills Needed :- Strong understanding of dealer financing/auto channel finance.- Good field sales skills and relationship-building ability.- Knowledge of loan documentation and credit processes.- Strong communication, negotiation, and target orientation.Education & Experience :- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance preferred.- 7 years of experience in dealer finance, wholesale credit sales, or auto NBFC roles.- Experience in captive finance (OEM finance arms).
