Job Description
Review CriteriaMandatoryStrong Digital Ad-Sales professional with experience in outside India markets.Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Ad-Sales (display, native, video, or contextual) specifically targeting outside India (preferred USA/America market experience)Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience in selling digital ad inventory / programmatic solutions - including managing end-to-end ad campaigns, revenue generation, and client acquisitionMandatory (Experience 3): Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems - DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Programmatic Buying, RTB, and relevant KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS)Mandtory (Experience 4): Candidates with programmatic sales experience (e.g., selling managed programmatic campaigns, PMP deals, open exchange buys, etc.) will be given higher preferenceMandatory (Note) - Tier1 MBA with 2-8 years of experience OR MBA with 3-5 yoe OR 6-8 yoe is requiredMandatory (Location): Candidate must be currently based in Mumbai or Pune or Maharasthra or native of Maharastra working in other cityMandatory (Stability): Minimum 1.5-2 years per role required. Short stints acceptable only if backed by long tenure in previous rolesMandatory (Company): Candidates should be from MarTech, Ad-Tech (e.g., Ad Networks, DSPs, SSPs, Publishers, or Ad Platforms)PreferredPreferred (Tooling): Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho for managing pipelines, sales performance, and reporting.Preferred (Education): Tier1 MBARole & ResponsibilitiesThe Ad Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by securing advertising partnerships. This role involves acquiring new clients, developing relationships with key clients, crafting impactful ad strategies, and leveraging insights to deliver value-driven advertising solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch-sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads.- Design and implement a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales activity and funnel performance.- Develop customized media proposals and pitches based on client objectives and budget.- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasts.- Report key metrics and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in campaign success and revenue generation.Ideal Candidate- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.- 2-8 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, or related roles, in the Tech space.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.- Deep understanding of ad sales processes and digital advertising platforms.- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
