Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking experienced Sales Executives to promote and sell our Solar Swift Boxes, LT Panels, and Structures to customers in the solar industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar industry.- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.2. Product Knowledge:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our Solar Swift Boxes, LT Panels, and Structures.- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.3. Lead Generation:- Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other means.- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.4. Customer Relationship Management:- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.5. Sales Reporting:- Track and report sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or energy industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.- Familiarity with solar industry products and trends.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of solar industry products, including Solar Swift Boxes, LT Panels, and Structures.- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.- Certification in sales or a related field.
