Institutional Sales Role - HoReCa (3-10 Yrs) Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Ideal Profile:- 3 years in Institutional/HoreCa or Modern Trade sales within FMCG or foodservice.- Proven experience with national/institutional accounts such as hotel chains (Taj, Marriott), airlines, caterers, large corporates.- Existing network in HoReCa procurement teams and modern trade decision-makers.- Strong ability in negotiation, partnership-building, and channel expansion.- Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and data-driven insights.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage a robust HoReCa sales pipeline (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering networks).- Lead institutional sales engagement: F&B procurement across airlines, corporates, educational institutions, healthcare.- Develop and manage modern trade relationships (gourmet stores, supermarkets).- Hit sales targets through volume, pricing, and strategic B2B deals.- Propose and manage corporate-gifting programs, tie-ups during festive seasons.- Collaborate with Marketing & Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery, promotions, and quality.- Forecast demand, manage pricing models, and provide market/competitive insights.Call at 9060001331 (ref:updazz.com)
