Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Client Acquisition- Experience Required: 2-3 years- Work Model: Hybrid- Location: Bangalore (4 positions - North, East, West & South zones)- Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC)Job Overview:- We are hiring Business Development Managers (BDMs) for end-to-end B2B client acquisition.- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in approaching corporates, generating leads, pitching solutions, negotiating terms, and successfully closing business deals.- Each BDM will be responsible for handling client acquisition and closures within their assigned zone.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire client acquisition cycle - networking, lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.- Conduct in-person client meetings for pitch presentations and final closures.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals.- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.- Ensure timely onboarding of acquired clients.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Key Requirements:- 2-3 years of experience in B2B client acquisition, preferably with corporate clients.- Strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Willingness to meet clients in person regularly.- Experience in the insurance sector is preferred.- Candidates from Banca or Agency development backgrounds will NOT be considered.- Only candidates with experience in the service industry should apply.
