Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and well-networked Business Development Executive to drive growth in the paints and hardware retail segment. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with dealers, distributors, and brands and a proven ability to build and expand retail presence.Salary:- 25,000 - 30,000 per month Attractive Incentives Must-Haves:Own BikeValid Driving License Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors across the city- Leverage existing relationships with brands to form strategic alliances- Visit retail outlets, hardware shops, and distributors regularly- Drive sales performance and meet monthly/quarterly targets- Coordinate with internal teams for order flow and client satisfaction- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity- Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade events, and meetings- Maintain accurate reports of visits, sales, and client feedbackRequirements:- 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales/business development- Background in paints, hardware, or FMCG industry preferred- Strong industry contacts with dealers/distributors- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Willing to travel extensively within the city- Self-driven, performance-focused, and result-oriented attitude Why Join Us?- Be part of an exciting growth journey in the retail tech space- Excellent platform to leverage your network and build strong business relationships (ref:updazz.com)
