To handle complicated components, optimize the operational performance of critical SMT equipment, such as printer settings, nozzle utilization, feeder setup, and reflow oven profiles. Analyze process variance and forecast possible failure causes using data from manufacturing execution systems (MES) and statistical process control (SPC). Junior engineers, technicians, and operators should be mentored and given advanced technical training on SMT best practices, process control, and troubleshooting.
