We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Business Development Associate to drive the full sales cycle for our premium Counsellor Certification program.The Role: Full-Cycle Sales Closure for Pre-Qualified LeadsAs a Business Development Associate focused on B2C sales, your primary mission will be to take ownership of pre-qualified, high-intent leads generated from company seminars and the pre-sales team. You will conduct in-depth consultations, articulate the full value proposition, manage negotiations, and close high-value sales for our certification program (valued between INR 45,000 - 55,000).Your success is measured by your revenue generation, conversion rate from assigned leads, and total number of enrollments.Key Responsibilities:1. Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Take immediate ownership of high-quality, pre-qualified prospects (counsellors, therapists, career advisors) provided by the Pre-Sales/Seminar team and drive them through the entire sales pipeline to closure.2. In-Depth Consultation & Needs Analysis: Conduct professional discovery calls and one-on-one consultations to thoroughly understand the prospect s professional context, goals, and capacity, effectively positioning the Mentoria Certification as the optimal solution.3. Value Presentation & Articulation: Master the product and confidently deliver compelling presentations (demos/meetings) that clearly articulate the program s curriculum, market differentiators, and quantifiable Return on Investment (ROI) for the counsellor.4. Objection Management & Negotiation: Expertly handle complex objections, skepticism, and pricing queries, negotiating terms and financial commitment to secure the final enrollment and payment.5. Pipeline and CRM Management: Rigorously manage and update the assigned sales pipeline in the CRM system , accurately documenting all sales stages, activities, and forecasting closure dates to ensure data integrity.6. Revenue Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on conversion rates, revenue booked, average ticket size, and velocity through the pipeline, demonstrating a clear path toward meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.What You Bring:1. Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle sales, account management, or B2C sales closure, preferably in a high-ticket B2C professional services environment.2. Skillset: Exceptional consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. The ability to manage a positive, trust-based sales environment to facilitate enrollment.3. Results-Focus: A documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing a high-value sales funnel.4. Discipline: Proven ability to manage a pipeline of warm leads, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain detailed, accurate records in a CRM.5.
