- Job Description - Sales Executive (Interior Works)- Location: HyderabadAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive - Interior Works to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales targets in the residential and commercial interiors sector.Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, villa, flat, office, and commercial interior projects.- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored interior design and execution solutions.- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to prepare quotations, BOQs, and proposals.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive follow-up and client engagement.- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.- Provide market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer expectations.- Maintain and update sales reports, CRM entries, and pipeline tracking.Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/Degree/Diploma preferred).- 1-3 years in interior design sales, real estate, construction, or related sectors.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to understand interior design concepts, BOQs, and execution processes.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic CRM tools. (ref:updazz.com)
