This is not a relaxed internship. This is a professional sales counselling training internship with real growth. Work Responsibilities1. Daily Customer Interaction & & & & & Speak to 50 80 leads daily
& & & & & Understand customer needs
& & & & & Explain program features & benefits
& & & & & Guide them towards the correct plan
& & & & & Build trust through smooth communication
2. Sales, Persuasion & Conversion & & & & & Learn industry-standard objection handling
& & & & & Proactively persuade undecisive customers
& & & & & Work with TL for final closures
& & & & & Understand customer psychology
& & & & & Improve your closing skills daily
3. Daily Reporting & Monitoring & & & & & Mandatory Google Meet monitoring
& & & & & Update CRM with complete accuracy
& & & & & Submit daily task sheet
& & & & & Maintain discipline, attendance & consistency
