These entrepreneurs often lack the guidance, mentorship, resources, market connections, and funds required to scale their ideas to the next stage.Role Overview:We are hiring an L2 Sales Closer to handle warm, pre-qualified leads passed from the L1/BDA team. Your core role is to conduct deep sales calls, handle objections, close enrollments, and collect payments.Key Responsibilities:1. Handle L2 sales calls with qualified leads2. Explain program value and resolve objections3. Close deals and collect payments4. Update CRM (Zoho / Notion / Sheets)5. Meet weekly & monthly closure targetsRequirements:1. 1.5-3 years in EdTech / inside sales / closures2. Strong closing & objection-handling skills3. Experience closing - 20k- 50k ticket deals4. CRM experience preferredCompensation:CTC: - 5,00,000 - 5,40,000 per yearIncentives: Up to - 6,00,000 per year (performance-based) (ref:updazz.com)
