Key Duties: Put electronic systems and prototypes together using technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators to conduct functional testing on PCBs and electronic assemblies to make sure they fulfill performance requirements. Locate and fix hardware flaws at the component level, such as defective integrated circuits, resistors, and capacitors. Complete delicate PCB rework, wire harnessing, and high-precision Through-Hole and Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) soldering. To facilitate ongoing quality improvement, accurately record test findings, maintenance logs, and failure reports.
