Metrology & Calibration: To guarantee measurement accuracy and traceability, oversee the calibration schedule for all measuring instruments. Statistical sample: Use sample strategies to assess production batches' acceptability. Documentation: For each production batch, create and keep thorough inspection reports, Test Certificates (TC), and quality logs. Process Auditing: Keep an eye on the shop floor to make sure that workstations are using calibrated equipment and that operators are adhering to quality standards.
