Job description:Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the sales of our innovative software application in the market. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting the applications value proposition, and closing deals. Your goal is to generate revenue, build long-term relationships with clients, and help our company grow in the competitive software industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Identify and target potential customers in various sectors that could benefit from the software application.- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through networking, cold calling, social media, and other innovative methods.Sales Presentations:- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value and unique features of the software application.- Understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor sales presentations to address them effectively.Account Management:- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including follow-up on leads and maintaining client relationships.- Provide timely and effective after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.Market Research:- Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer requirements to adapt the sales approach accordingly.- Gather feedback from customers to relay to the product development team for improvements.Sales Targets:- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis by implementing effective sales strategies.- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.Collaboration:- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and meet customer needs.- Participate in sales events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the product and build a strong network.Key Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the software or technology industry.- Strong understanding of software applications and SaaS solutions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in selling software applications related to [specific industry, e.g., retail, healthcare, etc.].- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and large accounts.Benefits:- Competitive salary and commission structure.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Health and wellness benefits.- Flexible working environment.
