Use common test equipment to calibrate and validate different process instrumentation. Find and fix issues with power distribution boards, lighting systems, wiring, and electrical control panels. Help with field wiring and PLC and DCS I/O module maintenance and troubleshooting. To guarantee the integrity of the signals between the field instruments and the control room, conduct loop checks and continuity testing. Analyze loop drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics to identify and fix problems. Follow stringent safety procedures, such as LOTO and operating in dangerous places.
