- Sales Leadership:- Drive branch-level sales targets for life insurance products.- Lead a team of Sales Managers, Advisors, and Relationship Officers.- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and ensure achievement of KPIs.- Team Management & Development:- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales teams.- Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.- Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and ethical selling.- Customer Relationship & Retention:- Ensure superior customer service and grievance resolution.- Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and corporate partners.
