-Dvara Solutions presents an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art evolving product that provides cutting-edge user experience.Position: AVP SalesWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced AVP - Sales to lead and drive the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for Dvara Solutions. This is a high-impact role, responsible for scaling our client base, expanding market presence, and owning the complete business development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment and brings strong relationships and insights in financial technology or enterprise SaaS space.Key Responsibilities:- Own and lead the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closure and revenue realization.- Build, manage, and nurture a high-quality sales pipeline through targeted outreach, industry connects, and market research.- Drive new business by identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product solutions.- Lead high-impact product demos and pitch presentations for CXO-level stakeholders.- Craft and deliver detailed proposals and commercial negotiations aligned with business goals.- Collaborate cross-functionally with the product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure alignment with market needs and customer expectations.- Monitor sales performance metrics and proactively identify improvement areas.- Represent Dvara Solutions at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.- Track developments in the fintech and financial services sectors to inform sales strategies.- Provide strategic input to senior leadership on market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Key Capabilities:- Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in the fintech, lending software, or core banking technology domain.- Ability to drive consultative sales cycles and manage long-term client relationships.- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior decision-makers.- Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and meet revenue targets.- Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and navigating complex solutioning processes.- Excellent strategic thinking, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.Experience:- 6-12 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles.- Prior experience in enterprise tech, fintech, or financial services preferred.
