Job Description
About the Role:- We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Gaming) with hands-on experience in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales within the gaming ecosystem-working with publishers, studios, platforms, or related gaming businesses.- In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth globally.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and build a pipeline of gaming clients (publishers, platforms, studios).- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for gaming businesses.- Manage and grow client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.- Understand client needs and offer solutions that deliver measurable value.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams for successful client onboarding.- Track sales pipeline, outreach activities, and results using CRM tools.- Stay updated on gaming industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.- Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.Who You Are:- 3 years of experience in sales/business development within the gaming industry.- Strong understanding of gaming business models, challenges, and opportunities.- Excellent communicator and negotiator with strong client-handling skills.- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.- Comfortable working remotely and engaging with global clients across time zones.- Passionate about gaming, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.Preferred Skills:- Existing network within the gaming industry.- Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).- Strong analytical mindset to track and improve performance.
