The role focuses on achieving sales targets, executing trade initiatives, and strengthening distributor and retailer relationships across General Trade (GT) and Semi-Modern Trade (SMT).Key Responsibilities:- Manage distributors and retail outlets in the assigned territory (GT & SMT).- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for assigned brands.- Execute trade schemes, promotions, visibility, and merchandising plans effectively.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.- Monitor market execution, availability, and competitor activity.- Track sales performance and submit regular sales reports and market feedback.Requirements & Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales (GT/SMT); Beverages / FMCG Foods experience preferred.- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.- Proficiency in basic reporting and sales tracking.- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field-based roles.
