Position- Sales ExecutiveExp- 2-5 yrs Location- MumbaiNotice Period- Immediate Joiner- 30 days Skills- IT Sales, Lead generation, Cold Calling, Email marketing, Closing deals, B2B & B2C, Negotiate contracts, Sales targets, Clientacquisition strategiesJob Description:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in IT Sales to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and closing sales deals across B2B and B2C segments while consistently achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and other outbound/inbound channels.- Identify and develop new B2B & B2C business opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services.- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.- Close deals and ensure timely follow-ups.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales.- Strong experience in lead generation and cold calling.- Proficiency in email marketing and follow-up strategies.- Hands-on experience in closing deals and contract negotiation.- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
