This role is ideal for individuals with strong business fundamentals, sharp communication skills, and a hunger to win in a performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities :New Client Acquisition : Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing mid-to-large enterprise clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Delivery Managers.Sales Cycle Ownership : Manage the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.Internal Collaboration : Partner closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and high-quality talent delivery.Revenue & Growth Targets : Own revenue goals, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned targets.Eligibility & Qualifications :- MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier-1 B-School / Premier Institute- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, staffing, consulting, or related domains- Strong interest in IT staffing, recruitment, and enterprise sales- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and results (ref:updazz.com)
