Responsibilities Process Optimization: To increase throughput and reduce cycle times, create and apply effective production workflows. Resource Planning: Work with the planning division to manage schedules for labor, equipment, and raw materials in order to achieve production goals. Troubleshooting: To reduce downtime, find and fix technical issues in the production line, such as broken machinery or incorrect assembly. Lean Implementation: To find and remove the "8 Wastes " in the production process, use Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques. Line balancing: To avoid bottlenecks and maximize worker productivity, make sure that work is distributed equally among several workstations. Equipment Maintenance: Plan Preventive Maintenance PM and Total Productive Maintenance TPM tasks in collaboration with the maintenance staff. Safety & Compliance: Make sure that environmental laws and Occupational Health and Safety standards are strictly followed on the shop floor. Skills: Technical Proficiency: A solid grasp of production procedures. Industrial Software: Expertise in CAD software for layout planning and ERP systems SAP/Oracle. Analytical Skills: Capacity planning and root-cause analysis using data. Leadership: Excellent communication abilities to oversee and inspire a varied group of operators and technicians.
