Job Description
Job Title: Sales Development ExecutiveLocation: Multiple locations.Experience: 1-3 years in field sales/ business development.Education: Bachelor s degree (preferred, not a deal- breaker)About the role:This is a key sales position that demands a strong hunter mindset and advanced consultative selling capabilities. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth through regular field visits, proactive lead generation, in-person client engagements, and closing high-value deals. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle-from opportunity identification and prospect engagement to relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure.Roles & Responsibilities:- Conduct regular client visits to prospect and onboard new customers.- Adopt a hunter-driven approach to continuously source and pursue new business opportunities.- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions.- Promote the company s products and services by clearly articulating value and addressing client requirements.- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships while expanding the customer portfolio.- Schedule and lead business meetings, product demonstrations, and client presentations.- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, and invoicing.- Deliver post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.Requirements:- Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to exceed sales targets.- Demonstrated consultative selling skills, including the ability to listen, analyze needs, and recommend effective solutions.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.- High level of self-motivation and readiness to perform in a target-driven, field-based role.- Experience in designing and executing business development strategies.- Willingness to work six days a week with significant client-facing responsibilities.
