Key Duties: On-Site Maintenance: Visit manufacturing facilities to carry out emergency and regular maintenance on industrial machinery. Installation & Commissioning: Assemble and "prove out" new equipment at the client's location, making sure it is accurately calibrated to meet their production requirements. Fault Diagnosis: To determine the underlying cause of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical failures, employ testing instruments and software. Technical Training: To avoid future equipment damage, teach the client's employees how to operate machines and perform basic maintenance. Service Reporting: To guarantee complete transparency for both the client and the business, keep precise records of all spare parts used and tasks completed.
