This position is ideal for graduates with prior experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.Role and Responsibilities:- Approach new and existing leads via phone calls, email, Zoom, and WhatsApp.- Handle incoming queries from potential clients.- Provide detailed information about the website s features, analytics, advertising options, pricing, and associated benefits.- Record and maintain accurate client information in the Sales Dashboard.- Keep proper records of conversations and relevant information via CRM.- Update clients regularly on the progress and performance of their campaigns.Qualifications and Required Skill Sets:- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a related field.- 2-5 years of experience as a sales associate/executive or in a similar sales or client-facing role.- Strong sales and customer service abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal).- Strong negotiation skills and comfort in dealing with clients.- Experience in telemarketing, media sales, or ed-tech industries is an advantage (not mandatory).
