Urgent hiring | Service Relationship Manager - Ultra HNI only | Leading Banking IndustryService Relationship Manager - Ultra HNI OnlyDepartment: Wealth ManagementLocation: MumbaiRole & Responsibilities:- Handle client servicing by accepting and placing transaction orders as per RM/client instructions.- Ensure smooth account operations with high first-pass accuracy, complete documentation, and proper process flow.- Respond to client queries related to accounts, balances, statements, securities transfers, and product/service information.- Identify, investigate, and resolve transaction or account-related discrepancies and errors.- Coordinate with Operations, Product teams, service providers, and dealers for issue resolution and service delivery.- Prepare and maintain MIS and portfolio reports for clients.- Service banking requirements including cheque referrals, statements, Re-KYC, risk profiling, and KYC compliance.- Handle NRI client servicing along with Trade and Forex transactions.- Maintain and update client records, risk profiling, and family mapping; support audits and internal controls.- Support Relationship Managers through client interactions, portfolio reviews, relationship deepening, and exception controls.- Proactively improve processes, controls, and service efficiency while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.- Drive cross-sell of Savings Bank Accounts and banking hooks (Bill Pay, ASBA, AutoPay, Tax Registration, etc.) to increase primary banking relationships.If this opportunity excites you, share your CV (ref:updazz.com)
