Job Description
- Own the end-to-end property closing lifecycle as the single point of contact, managing the process from offer acceptance through successful registration of Truva properties.- Serve as the primary liaison for buyers and sellers, clearly explaining each step of the closing process and setting expectations to ensure transparency and confidence.- Provide continuous guidance and support to customers, addressing queries, concerns, and escalations promptly to deliver a smooth and stress-free experience.- Coordinate all legal, financial, and compliance-related documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.- Work closely with legal teams to facilitate agreement drafting, verification, and execution in line with regulatory requirements.- Collaborate with bankers and financial institutions to support loan processing, disbursement coordination, and financial clearances.- Engage with housing societies, developers, and internal teams to obtain required approvals, NOCs, and clearances for registration.- Liaise with sub-registrar offices to schedule registrations, prepare documentation, and ensure timely completion of property registration formalities.- Monitor progress at every stage, track milestones, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to avoid delays.- Ensure full compliance with legal, financial, and statutory norms, minimizing risk and ensuring smooth handover to customers.- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring post-registration closure and handover is completed seamlessly.- Deliver a high standard of customer experience by owning accountability end-to-end and ensuring timely, error-free closures.
