Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily sales activities between clients, sales teams, and internal departments.- Provide product details, handle client inquiries, and arrange fabric samples as needed.- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and client communications.- Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and follow up on pending orders and payments.- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.- Assist in organizing exhibitions, client visits, and promotional activities.- Develop and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.Key Requirements : Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Textile, Fashion, or Marketing). Mandatory : Strong knowledge of fabrics (types, textures, finishes, and applications).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email communication.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.- Prior experience in sales support, merchandising, or textile/fabric industry is a plus.Skills Required :- Fabric knowledge (woven, knitted, dyed, printed, etc.).- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.- Customer service and relationship management.- Problem-solving, follow-up, and coordination skills.
