Job Title: Key Account Manager - Q-Commerce & D2CCompany: DOBRA (by Oxbow Brands)Industry: FMCG / Food & BeverageLocation: Bangalore (Preferred)Job Description:DOBRA (by Oxbow Brands) is a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a data-driven Key Account Manager to scale and manage our presence across Q-commerce platforms and D2C channels. This role offers a high level of ownership and direct collaboration with the founder team to drive channel growth.Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.- Drive product listings, availability, fill rates, growth metrics, and new product launches.- Lead D2C channel growth, including assortment planning, bundles, pricing, and performance tracking.- Work closely with the founder team on channel strategy and execution.- Manage forecasting, purchase orders, inventory planning, and platform operations.- Execute digital campaigns, visibility initiatives, and promotional activities.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.Required Skills & Experience:- 2-5 years of experience in Q-commerce / E-commerce / D2C roles- Prior experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage is preferred- Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentWhy Join Us?- Be part of a high-growth consumer brand- Work closely with founders and drive real business impact- Opportunity to build and scale high-impact digital channels (ref:updazz.com)
