Job description:Job Summary:The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company s most strategic and high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and relationship management, with a strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role is a critical link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring mutual success and long-term partnership.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key accounts.- Act as the main point of contact for all client matters, anticipating their needs and ensuring satisfaction.- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross- selling.- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize business growth and client value.- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for both the client and the company.- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply, marketing, finance and tech) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.- Prepare and present regular reports on account progress and performance metrics.Qualifications and Experience:- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, key account management or a related field.- Proven experience in managing and growing a portfolio of clients.- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills- Proficiency with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales processes.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Graduate.
