Key Responsibilities : Opening/closing of venue, infrastructure readiness (DG, UPS, power, AC, water), cleanliness, and asset management. End-to-end coordination on exam days including crowd control, security, candidate entry process, and compliance with exam SOPs.Managing security, housekeeping, electricians, IT staff, invigilators; attendance tracking, briefings, and performance monitoring.Physical security, CCTV monitoring/review, visitor management, key control, and material movement control.Adherence to statutory, fire, safety, environmental, and COVID/SD guidelines; conducting mock drills and BCP activities.Coordination with clients, observers, partners, police, electricity board, fire department, and other local authorities.Daily, weekly, and monthly reports on attendance, assets, CCTV, housekeeping, security, incidents, and critical equipment.Regular inspections, defect logging, SLA-based closure, OEM coordination, and preventive maintenance.Work orders, invoice verification, billing accuracy, and cost optimization.Handling fire, medical emergencies, crowd issues, equipment failures, and incident reporting with follow-up actions.
