Job Description
Role OverviewWe re looking for a data-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales team. You ll be responsible for overseeing lead conversions, nurturing customer relationships, driving daily operations, and deriving actionable insightsthrough sales analytics and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who loves building systems, mentoring people, and hitting ambitious targets.Key Responsibilities- Sales Execution & Strategy- Own and drive monthly sales targets via inbound and outbound calling- Build and execute sales scripts tailored to customer needs in the health & wellness space- Maintain deep product knowledge to educate and convert potential customersTeam Management- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 25 Health Experts (CRM Team)- Monitor individual performance and implement sales enablement practices- Conduct regular huddles, feedback sessions, and motivation initiativesReporting & Analytics :- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics (calls made, leads converted, AOV, etc.)- Build dashboards to analyze trends and identify bottlenecks- Generate insights to improve conversion rates and team productivityCRM & Process Optimization :- Manage and optimize CRM usage (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)- Ensure high-quality data hygiene and timely follow-ups- Recommend tools, processes, and automation opportunities to improve efficiencyRequirements :- 4-6 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a D2C/B2C setup- Proven team management experience with a track record of target achievement- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Proficient in CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment- Interest or familiarity in the health, wellness, or nutrition space is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
