We re Hiring | Inside Sales Specialist Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) Shift: 10:30 AM - 8:00 (with an hour s break in between.) Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Off) Role Overview:We are looking for dynamic and result driven Inside Sales Specialists to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales conversions. Mandatory Requirements:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Medical / Healthcare background preferred/Edtech Sales Experience- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Freshers are welcome if they have outstanding communication skills and a strong interest in sales. Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients and recommend personalized gut health solutions.- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.- Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and strong customer service.- Track, manage, and analyze sales data using CRM tools.- Communicate the brand s value proposition via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.- Collaborate with internal teams to drive aligned sales efforts.- Achieve or exceed sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.
