Capacity Planning: To predict production capacity and recommend capital investments for scaling, analyze worker productivity and machine performance. Safety & Compliance: Make sure all floor employees wear the appropriate PPE and adhere to safety procedures by enforcing strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. Focus Skills: Technical Knowledge: Profound comprehension of production procedures. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and data analysis tools such as Minitab or Microsoft Excel are examples of analytical tools. Methodologies: Good understanding of Kaizen, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Lean Manufacturing.
