Precision Machining: To obtain sub-micron tolerances, operate sophisticated tool room equipment such surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, lathes, and milling machines. EDM Operation: Create complex shapes in hardened tool steel by programming and running Sinker EDM and Wire-Cut EDM machines. Prior to handover, confirm tool dimensions using high-precision metrology tools such as digital height gauges, slip gauges, and profile projectors.
