Job Description - 3PL Warehouse SalesRole Objective:To drive new business for 3PL warehouse services by generating leads, managing client interactions, closing agreements, and ensuring timely AR collection while supporting the sales team and enhancing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Generation of new sales leads through cold calling, market visits, and references.- Arranging and attending client meetings to understand warehousing requirements.- Negotiation with customers on commercials, scope of services, and SLAs.- Preparation and sharing of quotations with customers.- Agreement preparation and coordination for timely closure.- Supporting sales team in agreement documentation and customer follow-ups.- Follow-up and collection of Account Receivables (AR).- Data driving and analysis for sales MIS, pipeline, and performance tracking.- Calling customers for service feedback and relationship management.- Coordination with operations, billing, and finance teams for smooth onboarding.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of 3PL warehouse sales and operations- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach- Good analytical and MIS reporting skills- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM toolsQualifications:- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)- MBA / PG in Sales or Logistics is an added advantageExperience:- 4 to 8 years of experience in 3PL / warehouse / logistics sales- Proven exposure to B2B sales and agreement management (ref:updazz.com)
