Assistant Manager - Brand & Communication - NBFC (3-6 Yrs) Mumbai (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Growth- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall brand and communication objectives.- Manage and grow the company s presence across relevant social media platforms.- Plan and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.- Monitor engagement metrics, analyse performance data, and optimise content to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.- Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.2. Agency & Vendor Coordination- Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, and external vendors for the development and execution of marketing collaterals.- Oversee production timelines to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of print and branded materials.- Review and proofread materials before final release to ensure consistency and accuracy.4. Media Outreach & PR Support- Assist in planning and executing media outreach initiatives.- Maintain and update media lists and journalist databases.- Support preparation of briefing notes, talking points, and backgrounders for spokesperson engagements.6.
