Join our team to contribute to cutting-edge industrial projects.Reports To: Senior Sales & Marketing ManagerJob Summary: Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the Senior Manager in driving business growth for Electro-Mechanical oriented EPC projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Support: - Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities - Extensive visits to the customers, consultants and end users - Prepare sales reports, proposals and presentations - Coordinate with teams to ensure timely bid submissions.2. Marketing Support: - Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns - Manage social media and digital presence - Searching Govt. tenders in GeM portal - Support event planning and execution3. Relationship Management: - Support client relationship building and communication - Coordinate with clients, partners and internal teams4. Administrative Support: - Manage sales and marketing databases and records - Assist in compiling bid documents & risk identifications - Prepare reports and data analysis on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basisRequirements:- 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing (EPC or related industry preferred)- MBA/Marketing degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
